I went against him as well and he was constantly on me, and he did 0.1 sec kicks every time with or without me having souls rofl... Maybe it was even 0.0 Because it was quite challenging to cast. I will do 2v2 again and i will upload it if i face him again.

And you can see at 1:55 that he used Spell reflection the 0.1 sec after i used my Natures Swiftness.

Because your files may be different than Pandwow ones. (In case you added something new) Pandwow's files were default files, and for me, while everything is on ultra, and max, everything works fine. Unless you are talking about WoD model's then that's a different story.

Have you tried repairing your character via Website? http://cp.pandawow.ru/en/game/repair.html If that doesn't work, delete your Cache folder form your wow folder and check the NPC again which gives the quest.

Once you complete the quest and when you unlearn the profession, you can't re-do the quest.

Did you try restarting your internet? Also when you try to connect in-game, what does it say?

Try killing a mob, and then looting the item, tell me if the problem persists.

This shouldn't be bannable Because this is the server's fault with the charge mechanic + Boundaries across the map. And i dont know why did kofeek ban the other guy, its not like he wanted to fall through the map.

There's no option on the website which will increase your profession level. http://cp.pandawow.ru/en/main.html And he gets the advantage because he can have the level 90 enchants (Gloves / Nitros etc) It is an exploit regardless if he doesn't get much advantage. (Its still an advantage which shouldn't be happening)

On the screenshot, you can see that the player is lvl 74 But has 600/600 engineering, which should be impossible to reach unless you are lvl 90. So he either got his level decreased by a GM, or he found a way to bug the profession to the maximum level despite his character being lvl "74" Also, you can't level up your profession via website, because there's no option for it.
