People may think that Rate reset = New season, And because of that, they may start to complain. So there's no point to reset the rating now, The rating should be reset when the new web is updated with new functions which will provide valid proof in case someone is win-trading etc. And until then, people should be patient. Like zeox said, he doesn't want another "lost" season.

You can only obtain the mounts on the 1st character on which you have earned the achievement for the first time. You cant get them on all of your characters. (If you think that this is a bug, then feel free to check WoWhead, if people should be able to achieve the mount on the multiple characters, or it is meant to be only 1)

You can just pay 20k and transmog it via npc which allows you to transmog Legendary weapons. It is located near the regular transmog NPC in the capital cities (A/H) The way to obtain them was already answered (Black temple or Pandwow's shop)

You have either shared your account with someone and then afterwards you got scammed, "Hackers" wont waste their time scamming people on the Private servers, because they don't get any profit from it and they just waste their time. And even if they did "Hack" people, they certainly wouldn't target random members, they would have went for someone who's "rich" and has valuable characters. Or they would have went for higher up members such as staffs to try to use the permissions / privileges in their advantage. Therefore i doubt that we can help you with your current issue.

Administration is not responsible for any actions which has resulting a player losing their account due to their own fault. And i have also heard that you bought / got the account from someone and that you don't have the access to the email as well. So you aren't the actual owner of the account.

Greetings! Try using Pandwow's repair a character function from their website http://cp.pandawow.ru/en/game/repair.html Tell us if it worked. It should spawn your character at its home location (Hearthstone location)
