The quest is working because i have seen a lot of people which have Green fire. Also you can ask someone in game to help you with the quest if you fail second time.

If the quest is not working, we can't help you wit that. You will have to wait until the quest is fixed and when its restarted so that people can do it again. I haven't done the quest my self so i don't know if you done something wrong. If someone can confirm that the quest is bugged then we can't help you with this issue. If you did something wrong, i will try to help you with it, but first let me check it.

I have said it couple of times on few threads / in-game. The Cross server may be down due some bug fixes or just simply there's some error with the host / server. Just be patient and wait until its up again, we don't know for how long will it be down.

Cross server may be down because of issues such as Transferring the server or Fixing some issues. (Or maybe it is down because of some kind of error) All i can say is Wait until the Cross-server gets fixed and then play Bg's / Arenas.
