Собственно, не понимаю в чем проблема? На аккаунте е-мейл, который Вы указали, оба "основных" перса тоже никуда не делись + еще какие-то другие. Что требуется от нас? Вы ведь самостоятельно можете поменять пароль, если нужно. Также не понимаю причем тут письмо от другого проекта?

Скрины - не скрины какие-то. Требуется разобраться в своих ip-адресах. В 1м посте Вы указали один, сейчас говорите другой. То, что он динамический, мне это ни о чем не говорит. Вспоминайте, использовали ли Вы прокси, меняли местоположение и т.д
