Попробуйте скачать архив PandaWow для 5.4.2 и поместить его в абсолютно пустую, отдельную папку на каком-нибудь жестком диске. Появится экзешник PandaWow, запустите его. Будет загрузка необходимых данных. Далее Вас уже однозначно должно пустить в игру.
