1. Probably yea, few mechanics should work like that so they wont get instant killed, like DKs purgatory. Still it's bugged and we can do nothing about it, devs aren't focusing on spells right now...
2. Unmitigated damage = can't be absorbed, shield won't help.
3. You do realize ToD SHOULDN'T be absorbed? It's unmitigated damage. Simply, you get ToD = death.
4. Bump there you can see (at that 6th min), monk used ToD on shaman, on shaman's portrait showed 664k.
5. Like I said before: 1. Tiger Palm = 30% armor ignore 2. full pride monk with full brew (10x stack = 60% bonus dmg), pvp trinket = 6750 agi, 2nd dps trinket = 9,3k agi (shado-pan assault trinket), Dancing steel = 1650 agi, Bloody Dancing Steel = another 1650 agi All that together = 30% ignore armor, 60% bonus dmg from brew and ~19350 agility. Do you know what dmg you can do with that? Stop crying as warrior...
6. 1. we dont even know what patch it is on that video 2. Tiger Palm = 30% armor ignore 3. full pride monk with full brew (10x stack = 60% bonus dmg) and trinket, or even both dmg trinkets and dont forget dancing steel 2x = HUGE burst
7. 1. Name: Forcer 2. Realm: x10 3. Description: First he was bad-mouthing my guild and then he even whispered insults in russian to me, he thought I cant use translator. 4. Proof:
8. You said unmitigated dmg, but now dmg from ToD can be absorbed, and it shouldn't be. Here is a screenshot from today's testing: As you can see, duel didn't end after ToD (you can see CD on it) and the one I duelled still had some hp left. On 2nd screen is how much ToD dealt dmg and how much was absorbed.
9. Just asking, isn't it because that DK got Purgatory? Since you know, he can avoid death if he is healed enough so maybe there is another mechanic for that thing, since it would be hard to overheal 800k touch of death in 3 seconds. Same should be with holy priest's Guardian Spirit.

Touch of Death

1. Name of the spell: http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=115080/touch-of-death 2. How it works: With dps pvp set, monks can use it on players at or below 10% hp and "instantly" kill them. But it deals only 10% of their max hp dmg. Thanks to that sometimes happens that target survives it, because dmg was absorbed (any dmg absorb, bubble from priest etc) and it has HUGE cooldown if its used with glyph. 3. How it should work: ToD should deal unmitigated dmg (no absorb or reduction). It should deal 100% of their max hp in dmg even though its usable at or under 10% their max hp. As was pointed out by few ppl, not sure if it should deal 10% or 100% max hp dmg but still there is problem with mitigation. 4. Date: 28.3.2015 5. Realm: x10 6. Priority: 9/10 P.S.: few screens down in the thread from me. P.S.S.: updated a little bit.
11. It's not resetting if the target has some reductions for movement impairing effects. In my opinion now it works like this: if the target has none reductions for those effects, disable will be refreshed on last second, but if he has reductions, it wont, looks like disable has now a constant number when he is gonna refresh, in this case after 8s. If the effect doesnt last that long, it wont reset.
12. Will it be added? It would help a lot.
13. Well, not everyone used Xuen, ok, but MW monks used it for PvP...
14. Bump, if you watch any videos from arenas, you will see WW monks using only Xuen, not RJW
15. Hello, I'm posting this again because I want to say something about verdict, I dont mean it as a spam. Old report: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=125648 1. Name: Megadrummer 2. Realm: x10 3. Violation: Using 2 talents from the same tier intentionally. Spirit Bond and Aspect of the Ironhawk. 4. Screenshots: Verdict was "Already fixed for all players.", but it doesnt change the truth that he was intentionally abusing that bug. It was fixed after that abusing, so he should clearly get punishment for bugging. That it was fixed doesnt matter, in the first place he shouldnt abuse that bug at all, even though he knew about it. P.S.: I would like to add one comparison. Take a cheater, fly hacker, someone caught him hacking, lets say in BG, and reported. From that time he didnt use any hacks at all, would he be banned or not? Regards, Demi.
