you have to rename "wow-update-ruRU-17327-MPQ" into "wow-update-enGB-17327-MPQ" after you put it into enGB folder, do this with all remaining MPQ files you got in WoD_Models folder and it should work. Obviously you did not read what I posted in replies to this topic.

Veronica, sweetie, I'm only active on Player Report section of forums and you are really making dumbest reports I've seen in my entire life... not to mention I'm former GM of several private servers and I've seen a lot of reports. Stop reporting without a reason and not knowing player's name and realm, and without valid evidence your reports will be declined.

He's on a mount, he could be hacking or just jumped, but you are abusing "Monks Elixir" giving you more mastery than it should and "Elixir of Mirrors" Increasing your dodge by more than it should. I'd ask staff member reading report and my reply to take a look on the buffs in this player's UI.
