Hello Escalus. The whole Cloud Serpent Riding chain quest depends on the egg you pic when Instructor Tong gives you to select, Blue, Green or Yellow egg. You need to pick Yellow egg in order to complete the chain and gain Cloud Serpent riding skill. If you did not pick the Yellow egg, then the final quest is unable to complete and you cannot learn Cloud Serpent riding on that character.

Could be, did she have any non-account bound mounts on the character she deleted? For example, Vicious Warsaber, any gladiator mount. Cuz if she did have 49 account bound mounts and 1 character bount she just has to get 1 more account bound mount to get Albino. If not, then I don't know what's the problem and she should contact a GM.

Login on PandaWoW site and repair you character, then delete Cache folder which is located in your PandaWoW folder.

I'm not sure that GM's are allowed to add items to anyone including their alt toons, players you saw with legendaries may have got it in the very release of 5.4.8 patch because there's a chance (tho this is just my opinion) that they got it regular way but the quests were on auto-complete bug. It's probably a bug, some recipes are not shown in your profession or they disappear when you logout, you should make a bug report and describe this in detail, link of wowhead item that you looted and spell that you should've had in you profession tab. And then hope for Developers to fix it in next update.

Hello Zhalifa. I think I got bad news for you. I didn't see anywhere on site that items from Site Shop can be refounded, so I don't think this is possible, however you can send a PM to GM or someone with higher rank describing your problem and maybe he'll do something about it.

Some PvP items are faction related, I believe they should automatically switch to the faction you transfered to, but I'm not 100% sure about this. Good news is that GM's can and should give you items for your current faction and remove the items for opposing faction you have. Bad news is that if GM's decide not to do above thing, you have lost your items permanently and have to farm conquest / honor for them again.

Dude on 1st screenshot you posted there is no proof that the player is hacking, and on second is just scoreboard. Considering that the player is mage he can get Alliance flag from one base to another very fast, for example jumping from ally base with slow fall can atleast get him pass the river.
