For me trillium works quiet good, as averange after a lot of stacks, but yes it's not in the correct proportion: i use to discard blue and green gems since they are in proportion 5:1 to the orange and purple ones, while on wowhead they are all 16-17%. Same issue with enchanting, it's here since ever but better reporting it too...

Actually I did this a few times and yes, he hits very strong, but it's possible to survive without much trouble: I think the issue of this instance for random parties are more the adds around the instance, which can do a lot of magical damage when they appear numerous. Basically it's a bit too hard if the party is random lv90 people with ilv440 gears as the requirment states. It's something I observed also in the other instances: random parties have more troubles in adds than in bosses.

I made a post when the guild banks were bugged and none replied, which was unprofessional from the staff, so about refounds don't expect any: they won't reply to your post, if not to lock it. About your auction, the AH fee is 5% so 23.5k of fee means you should have got 470k, but the sad part is that your screenshot is both a proof and not: can be a display bug; or a game bug because the first time you've opened the mail you had too much gold with you to take it all... So next time, for safety, do not sell or buy items in AH/BMAH of which the worth is too high for you to consider their loss minimal: do direct trades.
