Разобрался почему там так было. Исправлено. Будет применено после обновления.

Там не в том дело, у нас в ядре на http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=114083 дается 1 сек кд при проке. Очень похоже на хак, думаю так быть не должно. Но все же, попробуйте найти информацию.

Fully fixed bug with icon. Fixed problem when target has immunity to all control effects, when he has teleport aura from gates. Then fixed bug when stun and other effects can stop target when he is teleporting. But now we has old bug with confuse auras (Polymorph for example), when after effect remove target go to point, where he get control aura. Now need fix old bug with confuse auras. I think we will fix this bugs in the near future.
