Doesnt matter he`s still getting banned for 3 I think it is for bug abusing and you can also get banned for going out of the gates in ANY bg before it starts because this is classed as "cheating" which is very reasonable.

Idk if its just me but thats not very clear that he`s abusing orbs but in some cases this could be a visual bug because this happens alot to me in bgs so I wouldnt really worry about it and yes orbs is bugged you can spam them forever.
