Generally versus rogues you would NOT want to overextend and get caught in a CC(Stun) where you won`t be able to use any defensive cooldowns and it is a L2P issue.If you can`t play vs a certain class it means you don`t know the class you are playing versus enough....I know every offensive/defensive cooldown of a class that is what generally helps me in arenas,If I were you I`d make a new character on the fun realm and see how they function instead of crying. TL;DR L2P
