No i know how it works, lol i know it was a hot. the thing is, if you have a buff that heals you for 500k (the temp hot says 500k), it will actually heal you for 500k every second right now, which is the bug. it should do the 500k over 6 seconds. the battle fatigue + pvp power is fixed, dampening was never bugged, same with mortal strike. its just that it heals the whole hot that should be over 6 seconds every second + heals retardedly much atm, and i dont know why.
