Just by dampening, the heal is already reduced by battle fatigue from the pala heals, the guardian is copying the already reduced pala heals, so its working fine. You are asking for 120% heal reduction, not for 60% which is already applied. Did u even check the links above?

wrong report, sorry dude but u asking for the bug that was before they fixed this spell, now works properly copying the 100% of the pal heals during 15s. Atm guardian copies pala heals by 100% but when pal enter in battle fatigue, the guardian copy the already reduced heals form the pal, so its working fine. You asking for the bug that was affecting guardian before they fixed it, which was 120% heal reduction, 60% from the direct pala heals and 60% extra for the copied heals, wich shouldn't.
