Starcaller it didn't work for me, still same error.

So i am english so i installed the english config.wtf, i put it in the WTF folder, then when i try to launch the game i get this error. Data\enUS\locale-enUS.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your network connection. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6250 Anyone able to help?
