solved ,i have legendary quest which part was there , canceled quest and all i ok { it was phasing }

boys and grills , i have problem , when i enter to temple of the jade serpent everything dissapears { NPCs } , happens on all difficulties , tried with random leaders etc. this happens ONLY on my monk. Any solutions ? I tried delete cache , disabling all addons , repairing char. Ty for advices
