No, Pandawow database manager should have all the files he needs, either he just creates a new .MPQ file and writes down the required script/code for it to work and have the service, and give it out to players. Or add a new file in the database, then copy all the ingame names into that ( Not replace the names if you misunderstood ) Then server daily reset and the service should be on the player's friendlist.

1: Every Private server is created in order to make money, no matter what. 2: If you do not like this server or what it's doing, you can easily leave. We're not trying to force anyone. Juster even wrote it. 3: The lags are happening without notice most of the times, because every connection to each PORT can't be correct. 4: Completely wrong. - Anyways to the TS: Since the location of the server has been change to another place, you cannot give it a 100% That it will be on like it used to do. As for me, the start days after the change, the cross server has been down multiple times, it does bothers me but that's how a private server is, however afterall it looks fine for me. Sometimes lags there and here, but not that prioritzed, I know that you will disagree with me mostly here, and I totally understand that. There is some ways where the community will/could help the administrators to correct the priority system or anything like that. But as we all know, there's many other players which doesn't know how to play and want the gameplay their way, so it's hard to trust. If we give the PvP priority to the high ranked, that will be unfair, same as PvE. That's why we created the bug tracker, so everyone can report something THEY think is bugged and prove it. Anyhow, the English community will only get better once there's a person to have permissions over it, as an admin, but English. I mostly recommend you to use WeakAuras, since it's really good and can give you VERY good affection in your gameplay, cooldowns, buffs, timers, avatars, customized ability icons and lots more. It takes some time to learn, but easy afterall. You can watch some guides about WeakAuras or just ask here.

If you want to test it, just do a calculation. Normal human warriors have around 58-60% PvP power. Do the damage, calculate with resilience, then add PvP power.

Hello Duty. Try to look at the guide which Anwer gave you, that'll possibly help you. In the other hand, you can also try to do all the celestial coins quests, it worked for some players, getting reputation. The tabard might get bugged, since it didn't work for me. But didn't matter much anyways.

Gives you the opportunity to do .morph like a Game Master but only for your sight - Client side, not public/server side. Same with scale, gender, race, tmog, mount etc. But some functions isn't working for Pandawow.
