If I remember, the last season Pandawow released the gear without any stat etc. Though it shouldn't be any stronger than the conquest gear ( Prideful ) So, I'd say it's no difference than colors. Answered, closed.

This really RARELY happens. Because the MS doesn't affect the fly or anything like that because you're disconnected the whole time you see everything frozen, which means in the "online world" you're frozen to them. Till your connection is good to play. - Pandawow administration will maybe take your suggestion in thoughts, which is very doubtful. I'm not gonna give any suggestions in. This is normal, your gear is low. The only thing which makes your abilities low is because the enemy player has trinkets, for resilience and you have very low PvP power to exclude the resilience he has. If you think it's a bug, repair your character with .st or our website. Remember to delete cache too, but most likely it's normal. Declined.
