Oh okay didn't know your timer resets then. So is the changelog in general wrong ? Because everywhere i found that they put this cap in so you wont get that 100% procc. And btw i got a question... Is it fixed that RPPM is not getting increased by haste buffs here ? I meant this * to be more clear

@Zeox My suggestion is: Maybe let some people sign up .. maybe 5-10 ? Who can daily test the new fixes on these test or dev servers so we can make the devs aware if they bugged something new. They could apply as tester or something like this.

@repitch test server might be good but better would be if the devs could at least start to test the spell after they fixed it! When i see they were working on orb and after the fix u didnt get a proc at all then thats just lazy

These are just the ones who are still in the report section So these were just the one i found within 5 minutes. There are alot more which didnt get reportet yet and sorry for that but as i said i lost completly the overview lol ... sure some are fixed already but that's just how i see it. 2 Days ago I saw a firemage having infinite pyros or Shadowpriests who can spam Mindblast because of an bugged proc. Yes as i said they are fixing these things really quick but not without bugging something else. Things like that orb doesn't give an proc at all anymore when it hits the first target are reportet already in the russion section (i heard so at least) so no chance for me to find them. And my worries are mainly about them bugging spells which we can't just discover that easy. These reports were just discovered within minutes/days because MAIN abilities are bugged. But for example for the Nightfall bug we had to play 1-2 weeks against bugged locks till we decided to "re-test" it again. Pandawow fixed minor things like passives which were really gamebreaking over the years and i just dont want them to be bugged so we need another 2-3 years till we discover them all. I guess i don't overreact when i talk about a sh*t ton of bugs because nowadays i experience everyday 2-3 new bugs ...

First of all i want to say that i'm happy about zeox and even the developers communicating with the community and actually fixing really important bugs which we can forward easier due to your help. BUT it can't be possible that we actually get more bugs than we fix. Sure okay we fixed alot of things that were bugged but right now i don't even know what exactly to report because there are so much things which got bugged again. I'm not talking only about a few bugs, i'm talking about a shit ton of bugs ... bugs which were bugged in the past and fixed by pandawow, just reapplied by our developer. That might sound rude now to all the effort Heisenberg and Deadmous did by just listening to us and trying to fix our bugs. And as i said earlier im thankful for what they have done but if you check the report section we got a shit ton of bugs already and in my opinion it makes no sense continue fixing things till we or you (zeox) found a solution. I just think Pandawow is creating more bugs right now than they fix and i thought i might warn you before all this is getting out of hand (which it is at the moment) Hope to not get trashtalked from you due my criticism towards the Pandawow staff but in my opionion it's just an important point that must be discussed. If here or only teamintern doesnt matter for me best regards sry for my english but im tired as fuck

Okay im fucking done lol ... gonna make a thread tomorrow, it just cant be possiblew that we are getting a shit ton of bugs in the last days because of the developers fault. Cba crucial bugs like that fuck me ffs cant be possible that pandawow is creating more bugs than they fix

1. Enchants which are affected by RPPM (Jade spirit / Dancing steel as examples) 2. The 'time since the last chance to proc' is probably not capped by 10 3. The 'time since the last chance to proc' should be capped at 10sec, so that your first attack of a fight isn't a guaranteed proc. 4. 14.01.2017 5. x100/fun 6. 10/10 if that's really the case. I can't say it to 100% because theres no way to test it. But since you ALWAYS get an instant proc at the beginning from a fight (jade spirit or dancing steel) It seems like it's not capped by 10 yet. It leads to people having ALL proccs up in the opener and dealing an unbelievable amount of damage. Also sometimes it simply refresh your buffs like dancing steel or w/e 24/7 because the chance is getting increased to get a proc 24/7 (the "time since the last chance to proc" is not capped at 10 seconds) As i said i'm not 100% sure but since you always getting instant proccs it seems like it's bugged. Hope someone from you dev's can check that because blizzard made that on purpose so you don't get an guaranteed procc in the opener. Proofs http://wow.gamepedia.com/Real_PPM Did like 5-6 tests on Pandawow with dancing steel and Jade spirit and i always got dancing steel procc from it's first attack. If dancing steel is bugged please check every proc that is affected by RPPM (unholy strength etc) Jade spirit test Dancing steel test So right now you've a 100% chance to get this proccs at the beginning of Arena for example. Btw correct me if im wrong or missing something. Just someone made me aware of this issue.

I dont play rogue but from what ive seen its not hard at all. Rogues like alexisren just keep staying in stealth / dance right next to me when im in deep just to sap out of it which worked 80% everytime. Anyways prob they gonna bug it so you will never ever go out of combat :)

Actually weird that no rogue noticed that yet unless they did and just didnt want to report it lol Is that new ? Or just an old thing on Pandawow. we just noticed it until i get the 3rd time sapped out of deep, dont ya rogues wonder how that can even happen ? kek
