I think Pujo is right here, since in MoP Blizzard buffed this spell, making it do 100% extra healing (up from from 10%), and if some other spell or mechanic in WoW would reduce it when it was at 10%, that would result in like...idk, 2% in combat? Doesn't seem right. Maybe because as long as you kept your distance between you and the Blood DK and did damage to him, he couldn't do shit AKA he couldn't heal nor do any DPS..

He did the exact same thing vs me and Взрывпакет, like 3 arenas in a row...

Obviously it's buggedand and as you said, a lot of experienced people also think so, so a little help from GMs or Admins with this so that players and Staff together can fix their server would be nice...Like let's face it, declining a report with a obvious bug just because they don't see proof and absolutely correct forumals etc is pretty damn lazy...

Not useless, imagine this..... 2v2 game, 60% dampening, you hex a oom mw, and he comes back after hex with 60-80% mana and spams orbs for another +20% dampening and wins the game.

If I could choose, I'd rather go vs Affli+Boomy then Destro+Boomy I see Destro cast Chaos when i'm cc'd and I don't even know if I should trinket or not, and if I don't, my partner might die the first 5 minutes.

Boomy+Affly is slow pased, Boomy+Destro can 1 shot someone in 4 seconds and less, if I beat Funka as Affli+Boomy and lose to Destro+Boomy, Ik which is most op vs me.

It's unbelievable, 1 cc chain and partner is dead, 1 Chaos + 1 Starsurge is all it takes, Destro+Boomy is literally better than Affli+Boomy...

That lock's Chaos Bolt did more damage then my Eternal Flame did with cds up, brutal....:/
