Also, there is no conenction to racism here...All I see Chainzrow say in that screenshot is "you sick" and "NIGER", Niger is a country. "you sick" could have been meant as "you are sick", just that Chainzrow forgot to type the "are" or his English in those terms wasn't that experienced in this case.
