There is a paladin somewhere hidden healing himself, he put beacon on him before the duel.
He's too bad of a rogue so he probably needs a pala to heal him so he doesn't lose like every other duel.
But if generally paladin beacon of light isn't supposed to heal while someone is in duel, it is indeed "bug" usage.
Edit: I did some research, Beacon of Light like every other healing spell isn't supposed to heal while someone is engaged in a duel, so this should be considered as bug abuse.
It is both Paladin's and the person with the beacon fault if used this way, because if the person with the beacon chooses not to "abuse" it, they can simply remove it.
Definition of bug abuse:
Someone who uses a exploit to there advantage.
"Bug Abuse is an act of finding a glitch or bug in a game by accident or intentionally, and exploiting it for an unfair advantage in a game."
Beacon of light is not supposed to heal players while they're in duel, like every other healer spell.
Tl;dr this is Bug Abuse.

Description of the violation: Ninja loot or scam, not completly sure if not both. Took the loot for himself, it's unfairf for the rest of the group.

Comments to the situation:
Loot was set to free for all, but the rule was that everyone has to roll for the item.
As seen in the chat Bollz clearly won the item "Shoulders of the Cursed Protector"
But Kyure just took them and left.
Since he insta went away, I think his intention are clear.

How about you simply check out and resolve the issue on your own instead of complaining about it on the forum for attention, I am pretty sure there is some explanation on how and why you don't see Ring of Frost on the www.

At certain situations when Cloak of Shadows is supposed to be used its rendered useless.

In the first weeks, when Zeox implemented the 3s solo queue he setted the ilvl requirement to 530+ if I am not mistaken because we had many complaints that players were in the same team with noobs. Although, the truth was that both teams that there were playing had inexperienced players in their group since the ilvl requirement was the same for everyone so their argument wasn't valid in the first place. At least, this was a fact in most of the games.
Weeks later, players continued to complain but this time for a different reason. They stated that no one was queuing for 3s solo since we increased the ilvl requirement and then we were forced to set minimum ilvl requirement back to 520+.
Conclusion, community have to decide what they prefer more. They prefer to have decent mates in their team but get queue after 10-15 mins or probably be in a group with inexperienced and low geared players but get queue within few minutes.
Both sides have their points but only one can be real.
Like I stated before:
Even if these changes were made it would heavily increase queue times which is not worth it.
I believe full grieve is arena ready gear, might not be as best but the point of soloQ is that you get randoms, they can't be always good players.
Therefor 520+ ilvl and lower queue times are better overall.

Level 90 dummy is more "realistic", thou there are low level Dummies in capital city and with teleporter it's not so hard to get from them to dueling zone.
But the idea isn't that bad, dummies are always usefull for testing something.

Issue: After defeating Immersus on Heroic difficulty I did not recieve "Heroic: Immersus" Achievment, even tho another member of the same Raid did. Would of reported it as broken achievment but since another raid member got it, I doubt it needs fixing.
Have you tried solving the problem? No, I don't think I can.

We switch completely to an in-game report system. Now, chat violations will no longer be considered in the form of a complaint on the forum.
If you see a violation rules of the communication in the game, use the "Reporting" function, and then GM or moderator will process it in the near time and take appropriate measures.
Reports that were made at the forum will be rejected. This does not apply to violation of the rules for using cheats, bug abusing, win trading and other criteria that can not be identified by the chat.
Tl;dr just report them using the in-game report system.

On x100 people are mostly spread out trought the whole map of World of Warcraft, on xFun crowd is more concentrated since it's a PvP only realm.

Most Ench shamans don't even use Echo they EM because it's so much better in PVE. Did you even play retail in 5.4.8? go check log's of ench shamans too in PVE.
P.S They are really not top in PVE
Well I certainly don't see Fire Mages that are top dps and do 600k end dps :)
