Yes it is true.I have done a test from 5 fears.He trinketed at first attempt.And the rest of 4 couldn't be trinketed.Next only4th fear cancled from damage in 5th second.This means its bugged. It should do as it says in desciption of ability/spell

I can't agree with you more mate.Those fears should do what it says in Descpition of spell.Therefor i did a test.After 6 fears of 7 seconds.And 6th fear cancled after 5seconds."I was playing afli warlock".This means the rate of actually canceling the fear is small. Good luck and wait for admins to reply. I would of suggest you to make a thread in bug tracker section

If it is possible for you to record it make a short 30 sec video and make a testo.Better % that Admins will fix it.Good luck
