No offense to anyone but i think all of your proofs should be in arena or atleast word pvp , I saw the reported mage and he changed enchants now.. Just get good pic or vidieo of them abusing it..

Should Scatter DR? I'm pretty sure every cc should have dr (atleast with it self) , because I've faced double hunter/ priest and they cast Scatter ( 4 sec ) then Scatter once more (+ 4 sec ) and then comes double trap or sting.. That mongoloid comp is driving me crazy due to surv huter's dmg and they still lose ..

that item was abused in arena because it shoudn't work but it was working somehow .. so pandawow disabled it so they coundn't abuse it anymore..

Zen Meditation was fuckin OP back to 5.0/5.1,2 but when Blizzardo decided to Zen med only reduce dmg to monks .. Before that was to whole team xD .. Find it good spell for WWs to reflect cc from healer.. Still good vs mages if they target you

This spell is perfectly working it's just visual bug , you can test it easily if you want examlpe: For 7th tick of Enveloping Mist you need 12.5 % haste which is about 5,421 (~12.75%)
