I have a lot of achievements that are completed by my character but they're not completed on my account, it's a Hunter I bought, it had 10000+ achievement points and now it has 2800 because I have to complete every single achievement with the NPC in Dalaran, can somebody help me about it please? Got no access to savetwo12@yahoo.com anymore, was scammed on another game and had to give my email details. I had no problems playing for months but then I tried to change email and it sent email to savetwo12 and the guy who has it probably saw it and got my account.

Hello? Would you at least take time to tell me "We can't do it sorry" or "Sorry for the inconvenience we will help you asap" rather than lying to me and other players that "today" an admin will look into it.
