Write seperate dates and time for each account / character 6.Your IP-address - 77.78.**.*** (won't post the full IP because of safety measures) 7.Nicks of people who can attest to the fact that you are the owner of the stolen account / character - I sold a Warlock called Cobrakt, a Warrior called Catchy and a Paladin called Keldorn, maybe look after those people. 8.Evidence: screenshots of the stolen character(s), common data that you think could help us (date of purchase items, characters, any services from CP etc.) - Purchased bonuses via Mobiamo the same day this happened (Phone number +359 87750* ***), I purchased a Paladin called Traplordjk, then renamed him to Keldorn and changed gender to Male, sold it and bought an Undead Mage called Yll for 770 bonuses, had 126 bonuses left and realized that my password was changed when I tried to log in. Somebody took your character's name and now you have to pay 1 bonus to restore + 80 to rename it.

Okay so, I started a GM ticket on Krandyze and was suggested to leave the tabard and go get Hozen Piece Pipe from a rare elite in Kun-Lai Summit. I couldn't get the Hozen Piece Pipe to drop (It's a low percent chance drop and the mob respawns in long period) and I had to buy the Pipe from AH for 100k gold. I bought the Pipe on my main (Nesteea, I have all my gold on him) and sent it to Krandyze, I used the pipe and didn't get any Huojin Pandaren reputation. Can I have my 100k gold refunded? It was almost all my gold and the suggested GM help wasn't useful. :(

I have a problem with Huojin Pandaren reputation grind, it's the last faction I need to Exalted for Pandaren Ambassador achievement that gives you the Pandaren Kite String mount. Accroding to all websites (yes I've looked everywhere I went nuts because of that). I must get the faction tabard and grind dungeons to gain it. I tried that but it didn't work, I did all dungeons that should give me the rep. A few quests however gave me rep and I'm stuck at the end of Honored. Please help me it took me long time to grind all the reputations and now I'll be stuck at this.... Name: Krandyze Realm: x100
