Then I guess by your logic no one should take you seriously. Nothing you say is from Blizzard either.

No problem. :)

You need to go to the Arboretum in Jade Forest and talk to Anli. If you did the initial quests involving Instructor Tong, the next step is to collect Riding the Skies from Anli and turn it in. If you did not do the ones with Instructor Tong, it's a wise idea to go ahead and do them.

You have to get it from Elder Anli at the Arboretum as part of a quest chain. You don't get it from the Flying trainer.

Reporting Furmetal for sharing my IP
fenris replied to Furmetalisawintrader's topic in Report a player or forum user
There's going to be huge consequences coming to Furmetal for giving someone's IP address. Even I agree now that he needs to be punished. -
You know what? I don't really give two shits anymore. You're never going to listen to reason. You certainly as hell aren't going to take anything I say at face value. Have fun getting rid of the real cancer in the game, which includes hackers and win-traders. I'm going to laugh real hard when that Hydra finally gets you.

Let me post an image for you. It's an older image and was taken on the x100 realm some time ago. But it's the one of the best pictures I have. http://imgur.com/jXItQuq

I'll stop making a fool of myself when you guys finally admit I'm not him and I told you guys before I suck at PvP and I don't have any kind of Arena rating. It would never even occur to me to win-trade.
-
Okay, that does it. Dude, go read this thread http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=153818 I can attest to the fact I was not even on my computer at anytime when he posted that.
-
Let it make you laugh, man. I have never held any kind of chat mod power and I certainly never would want it either. I will certainly as hell not give up until I get my point across that I AM NOT Furmetal. I WILL defend myself. I was never ON the Fun realm when any of the mutes there were done. On top of that, I don't regard certain uses of certain words as offensive, because heaven knows I use them myself. And let me tell you guys something else. I SUCK at PvP and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Could Furmetal make that same admission? I doubt he would. He muted players for accusing him of being a bad player.
-
Okay, let me tell you guys something! Furmetal already sold the offending toon. If you would be bothered to read other posts outside these threads, you would see that. And why am I defending myself?! You lot tipped my hand. That should tell you something. I'll even post a list of MY Fun realm toons to prove a point! Not a one of them is a Night Elf named Hioshiru. And if you still aren't convinced, you are the single most pathetic people that ever play the game. Here's a list of my Fun Realm toons. Tell me you see Hioshiru in that list! I dare you. I only have the seven and I've never ever thought about selling any of my toons. Iknu Xiazhang Marrah Huuinu Marannah Tyyra Lulingchi

I am not Furmetal, dude. Never was. And I stayed silent because I knew a lost cause when I saw it. No point in fighting for something when something came up that finally proved me wrong. So, you know what, you lot can back off me now and leave well enough alone. I am not about to have to deal with any of this nonsense. It isn't fair to me to have to be labeled just because I see things differently than you. It's called having my own opinion and if none of you like it, I suggest you all find different forums, because none of you is better than he ever was.
-
All I'm going to say is you'd better hope his replacement doesn't turn out to be as bad as he was. Because he or she may very well be just as bad. Then this cycle will start again. And you all know the GMs will be watching.

provoking,disrupting gameplay,threatening
fenris replied to Gay Dad's topic in Report a player or forum user
Dude, none of the GMs are going to see things your way with that screenshot and taking potshots at a moderator is not going to improve things for you. -
Good job was done by Hioshiru :)
fenris replied to Lalikocho's topic in Report a player or forum user
If you think I'm kidding, I'm not. Don't focus on just a small part of one thing I say and disregard the rest. These attempts are laughable so long as the GMs have criteria that needs to be met before they act on it. And thus far the screenshots hardly meet the GMs' criteria. There's no way they're going to remove Hioshiru if you guys can't be bothered to follow the rules set down for reporting violations. -

fenris replied to Lalikocho's topic in Report a player or forum user
I don't think so. Any self-respecting GM will see you people still aren't reporting according to the rules regarding posting violations of the rules. You need to get through you heads that so long as you don't abide by the rules set down for these things, the GMs don't have to do anything to Hioshiru. I don''t need to be a mod to tell you lot that. I hope the GMs teach you that the hard way. -
@RemyXX, I conceded one point to a previous poster to address you. No more, no less. As far as the topic goes, I believe in accountability as much as anyone else does, and I also believe failure to address the accusations is no better than being involved in them. If Hioshiru decides not to answer them, that's on him. He has to deal with the consequences. Say what you will but I have to believe that Hioshiru is not going to let this stop him. And replacing him is not going to change much because the replacement might do the same thing. Nobody is perfect.
-
Because I don't have a forum account unlike my in-game account. That's why. I am commenting on this situation to do my best to be as impartial to both sides. So don't think for one minute I'm anything more than a poster. I do my best to call it like I see it, even if initially it sounds uninformed or rather naive. Let me reiterate that in my opinion, you shouldn't punish a moderator without following through and punishing other rule-breakers. Mods will obviously have to face much more severe consequences than other for doing things like abusing their powers. But as a player, I've never been wrongfully muted on the Fun realm by Hioshiru, and I think the context of what is being said is important to why Mutes go down like they do. Anybody can take anything the wrong way and instinctively react.
-
@Thegodpriest, I'll concede that point to you. @RemyXX, most of what I said was mainly hypothetical, and to raise a fair point. But to call a moderator not even involved in this discussion a mongrel is not acceptable. On top of that, to my knowledge Weegee does not play on the Fun realm which is where these incidents are occurring. Try reading the writer's context before you insult somebody else who did nothing to deserve such abuse. As far as removal of him goes, you remove one problematic mod, another one always takes his place. Remember that when his replacement is muting you for no real good reason.
-
Here's the thing. If they're doing it on purpose to get muted according to you, all the complainers need to suffer severe consequences for provoking misuse of power. If on the other hand, he is willfully doing it without such provocation, I would normally agree with you. But if you're going to banish a mod for misuse of power, you might as well banish hackers and other players who willfully break the rules and test the mods.
