The GMs have declined hundreds of reports for the same reason they'll do the same here: the report doesn't follow the format the Admins put in place for such a report! If you weren't being ridiculous and actually read it, you could have at least made sure your friend edited the report to where this guy could get banned! But, no. Your friend just made sure the guy DOESN'T get banned because he can't be bothered to follow the rules for reporting. And I can reply where I want, thank you very much. For one, multiboxing is allowed on the servers. As for speedhack, this is going to be declined mainly because you're missing a lot of crucial details like name of the offending character and you haven't said what realm he's from either.
