He must have been going for an achievement. There is an item or something that allows a player to attack and kill members of the same faction. It makes that player hostile to everyone. Other than that, really no excuse singling you out and not targeting other players.

It might help more if the proofs you offered genuinely showed the buff stacking in action, like in a bg or an arena. That might be why you're not getting any results.

Okay, you are hardly a credible person right now given how often you're caught. It would practically require omniscience to be able to catch all of these offenders in one go. If you don't like it, find another server. Players like you and some of these others ruin the game for the rest of us who prefer honest play. Nemifest and Neff are only doing the best they can and you seek perfection. Nobody's perfect.

This is why the mods always suggest using Imgur for doing screenshots. It makes it easier for them to see.

It takes a real sharp eye to catch what the mods oftten catch in these screenshots. And the fact of the matter remains they've caught you dead to rights doing something you shouldn't be doing. Which makes you all the more a hypocrite because you'll get others banned and soon you'll get banned again for one reason or another. And moderators are not supposed to be neutral. They HAVE to do their jobs. Nobody will get punished for anything if they were neutral.
