I tried to restart pc and router,fix issue through cmd,change info at config and other things that guide saying but nothing worked.I guess we don't have to do something now just wait admins to fix server for us right? Guide doesnt work for me

Anyone knows if 6+ months inactive chars getting delete automatically or if Juster delete them manually? Check this topic: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=169945 .Juster clearly saying that he need 12-24 hours to delete 6+month inactive chars so please answer in my question and I want to ask staff members if they can suggest admins delete inactive chars so we can have less ms in-game and ofc we will have more nicknames avialable to use for our chars

Nah prideful elite items got exactly the same stats with normal prideful items except from prideful elite weapons which has better stats I think.Also prideful elite got other color.

Rated BG's are cross realm but most ppl who queue rated BG's are from fun realm

We have see many times GM banning "hackers" or "abusers" unfairly what I mean?Well if you got really high ms like 5k for example the anti-cheat system of pandawow shows in GM's screen that you're hacking so they ban them...imagine what is going to happen if all this ppl who get banned unfairly got their chars deleted but yea I agree 100% that they got to remove option "pay to unban your char from website"
