Admins are already aware of this issue and it's caused because of the host transfer from Germany to France so nothing to do you just need to wait admins/devs fix it

Dont ask me mate I am playing for rating but I just see some ppl at english chat that they just want to play arenas for cap to get their gear and then they just chill in elw/durotar and they just duel or play BG So if they add this vendors will be another extra to play for rating

Yeah same for me it's been like that for the last 1-2 weeks. In the beggining I thought it was because of the host trasnfer from Germany to France but now since transfer finished the issue remains so I think admins or developers should take a look on this issue Please inform them staff members because probably they won't look this topic

Would be great if they do it when new season will start will make the game more intresting and it will motivate players to play for rating and not just for cap +1

I think it's useless to give IP ban because most ppl got proxy IP or simply if they dont they can change easily their IP and log-in back..what it really hurts violators is account ban

I recommended pandawow in couple of friends before few months and they asked me if server has "transmog mall"...Well,to be honest they never joined it wasnt of course because server hasnt "transmog mall" but because server hasnt full working PvE content (they're PvE'ers) but as you said what really attracts players in a private servers is fixed content but sometimes you just need to make the community happy and trust me they will reciprocate! Conclusion, some people care even for "Tmog vendor/Tmog mall". Also it's easy to create this vendor(s) so yeah I will give +1 in this suggestion!

It will may increase server population tho and new people who will join server will donate for other stuff. You have to care more about population increase instead of money because the big population will bring money in server anyway.

I have the same issue exactly for like 1 week or so everyime I log-in my bars are gone! So I guess its server's bug and it need to get fixed ASAP because its kinda annoying

It is weird indeed. Did you try to delete Cache from your pandawow file and fix your character through website maybe this will help idk

It works good for me too. I'd suggest you to not queue random battleground and queue for example Eye of Storm to see if you will get queue for that BG but be patient will take a while to enter in BG without queuing random BG if that dont work it means that you have issue with your char/account. Pretty much it's your side issue or you're just unlucky

I don't really think that developers nerf or buff classes. They just fix bugs and depend on the fix classes becoming better or worst

Not 100% sure but I think to solve this issue you have to change your email in your account (because you didn't get message from pandawow in your current email) Should be your side issue and not servers because I changed password at my account before 1 month and I remember that I got message from pandawow to confirm the "password change" in like 1 min or so

To make a report you need to use the proper format which is here: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=139802 Also, you need to provide some kind of proofs like screen shots or video so GM's can confirm that this guy is violator

Have you ever give any account info in your friends or anyone else had access to your game account except from you?

Did you try to fix your character through website?
