  1. On a specific character, the game world does not load, and the game closes with an error after a couple of seconds. When you enter the game world, the static world (location) is loaded first, then your addons are loaded, and then the entire dynamic environment. If you have already logged into the game (the location has loaded), but everything else has not, there is a problem loading somewhere and therefore the game closes with an error. Disable all interface modifications and try logging back into the game. Most likely, the problem will disappear.   22. Почему крашится сервер? Сервер крашится, потому что какой-то исполняемый сценарий (скрипт) не может быть выполнен из-за ошибки в коде и сервер "застревает" на этом моменте, не понимая, что ему делать, или нагрузка для исполнения этого сценария сильно повышается, что приводит к зависанию и последующему крашу. Такие ошибки не всегда очевидны и разработчик не всегда виноват в появлении краша. Просто его код сработал не так, как это было запланировано. Каждый раз, когда сервер крашится, разработчики получают уведомление о краше и лог произошедшего, в котором указано, на каком моменте сервер завис. Поэтому не нужно сообщать о крашах в разделе "вопросов к администрации". Поэтому обычно краши возникают после больших обновлений, когда изменений очень много и не все из них можно проверить. Но в этом случае мы оперативно делаем "хотфиксы" и исправляем подобные проблемы уже в течение нескольких дней. Причины крашей в подавляющем большинстве случаев ясны из лога, который получают разработчики, поэтому не нужно создавать специально по этому поводу тему на форуме и рассказывать, где вы были и что делали. Нет смысла выключать сервер, чтобы искать ошибку в коде. Это не игрушечная машинка, которую нужно разобрать, чтобы посмотреть, что внутри - у разработчиков есть исходный код сервера, в который они вносят изменения и в то время, когда сервер работает. Если только для того, чтобы не пускать в игру игроков - то это глупо. Если видите череду крашей, временно не занимайтесь ничем серьезным в игре, а если получили какую-то ценную награду, сделайте релог - персонаж и его предметы и достижения сохраняются при выходе из игры. Нет смысла откатывать исправления, чтобы искать краши или баги на ПТР - все, что можно было найти силами команды разработчиков и тестеров, уже выявлено и исправлено, остались только те редкие проблемы, которые небольшой командой было найти невозможно. Поэтому возвращать все на ПТР смысла нет. О крашах нельзя знать заранее, поэтому о них нельзя предупредить. Это ВНЕЗАПНАЯ И НЕПРЕДВИДЕННАЯ остановка сервера. Вы можете заранее предупредить соседей о том, что у вас завтра прорвет трубу и всех затопит? Нет, не можете, потому что не можете этого предвидеть. Краш сервера тоже предвидеть нельзя.
