    Это стандартное игровое сообщение. Вещь снимается с персонажа при каких-либо проблемах и складывпется не в сумку, а присылается почтой. Администрация Вам ничего не писала.

    В той теме ответ есть. Левые кнопки рисовать никто не будет. Вручную удалять тоже. Пишите баг-репорт и ждите, когда проблему со спутником смогут исправить.
