I asked my friend and he said he did this : Downloaded https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s6qbFh3Fiqc-fe2pJJZsmuxcL--A3G_r/view ( it's wod models ) He then extracted everything into his DATA folder / file for Pandawow. Then he checked wod_models on the Pandawow launcher. This worked fine for him, maybe you can try it and see if it works.

The thing is. Player has pve armor which does not down-scale in open world. There is no bug being displayed here. "Environment" = Fall damage and evidently you died to this and the height you fell destroyed your entire hp pool.
