Your screenshots dont show that they are attacking players though? I can see them under the pillar/floor ( this is due to cloak and dagger yes ) but they are on their mounts. Provide more evidence that they are abusing cloak and dagger to kill players in a way that they cannot be touched or killed.

No problem it usually takes 1-7 days to actually add the item to the website. They usually take everybodys requests and then at the end of the month?? they add them all to the website. Not sure xD but they are not added immediately.

eh. Damage over time effect is just 20% of the ignite and then critical strikes are *2. Not sure what you are reporting though I translated your comment > "Read the symbol itself, it increases damage, and periodic damage by 100%." which is false. Russian tooltip says this yeah but do not believe that because again it's false.

70-74 was only good because you could donate for items which did not have a level cap so you would be level 70-74 with mist of pandaria items with a lot of stats. But Pandawow recently put a level cap on all of the items and 70-74's can no longer use these items, then this bracket was dead and nobody wants to play it :) Maybe someone can translate it for the Russian people. But me personally do not see the twink brackets coming alive :( 60 is nice and 70-74 but nobody wants to play it anymore.

It's a bug for all hunters, wait for the fix to be applied on cross server which could be this week. The reason his stampede hits hard is because he is beast mastery spec and his stampede pets inherit "Bite" or "Claw" depending on which pet you have. This was a bug in 5.3 on official wow which was fixed just like it is on Pandawow. Declined.

There is no screenshots of you having an agreement with the raid leader or him explaining what the loot rules are, therefor this player will not get punished for ninja-looting. For future references always make an agreement with the raid leader and ask what the loot rules are. Declined.

Urm? How did you get scammed though, all items are displayed in the characters inventory. You should check this before purchasing the character.
