Found the problem. If you have http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=146184/wrath-of-the-darkspear proc active & 2,3,4,5 etc stacks. When http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=146184/wrath-of-the-darkspear procs as soon as you alter back in time. You then you keep the stacks but the duration resets meaning you have 10 seconds with 31k intelect. Already told some possible solutions in PM. https://imgur.com/a/z7hS68e
