If it was a mind control issue all 4-5 players would arrive at the same time. Which they did not, some even stayed in the boss room. Even on the PTR MC players DO NOT run to their target ( in phase 4 ) it would take around 14-17 minute's for the MC player too manually run from garroshes throne room > phase 4 ( already tested this myself ) you 2 players got to that phase 4 area from garroshe's room in 1 minute or less. Obvious teleport hack, just stop you guys are disgusting as it is. Do not embarrass yourself.

It is back. You can que for cross faction no problem. Just one problem persists which is you cannot que for cross fac whilst in a group, but this will be fixed soon.

Try it. The only solution it seems.

Have you tried too put the cloak in your inventory and repairing your character via the website? Have you deleted your cache. Worst case scenario, delete the cloak and create a new one.
