It was only fixed for world. Not for cross which is bizarre. I guess just wait for a server update or a 2nd hot-fix.

I can confirm for me at least it does not, everything works fine. I always have normal MS. The only time I will have a delay is if it is a server-side issue.

Huh? battle fatigue...... you do know what this spell does right? that's not active if you are not in combat, so yes that looks normal. What am I looking at that is "bugged"?
