We switched to an in game report a player system to handle these kind of reports. Right click his player name > report player for > Language. And a moderator for xFUN / GM will deal with the report.

It can't be solved on your end. Wait for a server update and the issue will be fixed, it were a global issue meaning all quest item's etc were not obtainable. P.S You can get summoned out of the DK starting area if you wish to just level to 90.

P.S All fixes to checkpoint's are being reverted ( they were working before a fix to summoning people twice ) so wait for this to be checked before starting with this ( unless your going to hotfix this issue )

It's not only 25 man it's the same in all difficulties. If you use all active orbs at the same time then this happen's, probably something else which triggers it to happen as it's a random bug. I did make a report already about this i'm pretty certain.
