i reported the same thing a few years ago on a different server called arena tournament , and they fixed the delay on the server for these abilities , not the abilities

I don't know if you're trolling right now or if you simply don't understand. As we can see in the screenshots the violator was in front of you so the only thing you needed to do is use the macro I gave you on him. It's not my problem that you didn't know about macro, the thread with rules for reporting is there since 2013.
Conclusion, I just did my job and when name of violator is missing it's a must to decline the report but thank Weegee once again for typing you the name. Also, I deleted the insults next time it's ban on forums.

once i intervened player on the hill , i get stuck for like 10 min on place untill som1 killed me :D its so funny atm

Can you also add that it has no visual for other players? They can't see the charge animation, they just see you running in place for one second then you teleport to your target randomly.Same goes for Heroic Leap. This is actually kinda important.
That is actually because of delay .. there is an animation ,but until they fix the delays on the server , those abilities will always "teleport"

First of all calm down,
You don't need a script, just get a copy & paste addon and type %t in the chat while you target the person who u want to report, it will say the persons name in your chat.
In this case the names was "Сульфиик"
Any Russian staff (Kofeek / Neff / Shadirssa etc) Can correct the name if i spelt it wrong.
got a little mad when they closed my other report with basically saying "read the rules"

Also whenever u charge and get ccd Mid way you stuck mid way and move to the position/person after that cc ends lol ... you should be ccd after you arrived (intervene/charge) might worth to add.
That is kinda incorrect , i mean when you get cc-d mid charge you should move to your target anyways ,but in the CC ...not AFTER the CC

(also side note : ICC is buged AF ... i killed the first 2 bosses but whenever i hit the 3rd i get teleported down to the starter area , lose all my teleport save points etc)

Also as i could see, if you meld the flying ability , it will meld the damage and cc and whatevers , but will remove the stealth after negating the CC/DMG

Arena-Tournament (known as the best server for pvp) already fixed this because i reported it there too (btw this is not a reference i just want to give you more proof , if you dont like it i'll delete this part immediately !)
