When playing shadow priest, I've suddenly encountered a problem with the passive " Shadow Orbs ". When I'm casting "Mind Blast" or "Shadow Word: Death", "Shadow Orbs" are not generated, therefore I can't use "Devouring Plague". That problem occurred when I got to Level 70. Please, Help!
