Athenax Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 hello. my character , 90 lvl shadow priest Athenax has vanished from my accaunt.. I don't know what is the problem. The char is not deleted , it only has dissapeared.. What can i do to get it back ? I can give any information to prove it.. Please someone help me. uraganuu Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 One out of three things happened: 1)You either shared your account with someone and got taken advantage of, in wich case the administration will not help you.(Actions done on your account are your responsability alone) 2)You deleted your character and forgot about it. Administration can only direct you to buy back your character but will NOT reimburse you for free. 3)You got infected with keylogger software and someone hijacked your entire account, in wich case administration can only direct you to use more potent firewall and anti-virus software.
