dotadoom Posted February 9, 2015 Share Posted February 9, 2015 (edited) hey guys, today I made a fire mage and decided to try her out on the target dummy and I came up with some weird results http://s29.postimg.org/ky2imxj6v/Wo_WScrn_Shot_021015_014734.jpg I was nuking the dummies without using freeze/deepfreeze (I don't even have burst macro/keybinds) and I did 34 out of 50 pyro crits (that's 68% crit chance) as shown on the ss, but I only have 33.55% crit on my tooltip. So is there something wrong or maybe it's http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=117216 ? I don't get it why do i crit so many times with starter gear? If I get full pve will I reach 100% crit xD? uraganuu Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 The crit rating you have is applied for each and every single cast. If you have 35% crit, each of your spells has a 35% chance to crit each time it hits. If you shoot 100 times and you crit 90 of them, it doesn't mean you have a 90% crit rate, it means RNG went in your favour and that 35% crit chance worked 90% of times. Pyroblast damage is bugged anyway, Ice Lance is doing more damage then it. Link to comment
