3. This hunter is Survival and was using an exotic pet (only Beast Mastery can use that pet).

You can see that the water strider can only be used if you are Beast Mastery and that hunter is using Explosive Shot (only Survival has Explosive Shot).

I couldn't take a screenshot with the pet and the Explosive Shot buff because it's too fast, but you can clearly see that is the same BG group and the same day/time.

Spec to Bm, tame the pet, spec back.
