Frozen Orb still bugged

- Fixed the movement of sphere from spell http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=84714/frozen-orb.

 

No, you didn't! :D It still spawns at your feet instead of near your target's location.

 

EDIT: It also uses the Frostfire Orb visuals from Cataclysm, lol! The one who "fixed" it did the most half-arsed job ever..
