  1. Are you sure that this source is reliable enough? It makes zero sense for them to change it in WoD. Even the description is still the same. Anyways.. the second one applies to all absorption shields. If you shield yourself for 100k before the duel it's only natural that it gets reduced to 40k-ish (plus PvP Power) when Battle Fatigue kicks in. I'll make sure to research it further but I'm pretty sure that's how it's supposed to work and is video proof really needed? Think it's pretty obvious. About the third one - I'll post a video in the evening when I get back home.
  2. Ok, with procs and everything I get up to 25% dodge and 23% parry due to Sparring. Still doesn't make sense.
  3. The international bug report forum isn't read by f*cking anybody but I'll post this here anyways. Basically there are 3 very important bugs with this spell that make shamans immortal. Spell: http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108270/stone-bulwark-totem Bugs: 1. The secondary totem absorptions last for more than 10 seconds and can also stack up resulting in one HUGE absorption shield. What should happen instead is: How it should work: Let's say that for your spell power the totem reads "...absorbing 120k damage for 10 sec, and up to an additional 30k every 5 sec thereafter". When you place it on the ground a 120k shield will appear for 10 seconds. If this 120k shield drops below 30k in the first 5 seconds it should be refilled up to 30k and if it manages to last for the whole 10 seconds it should disappear and a 30k shield should appear in its place. Then every other 5 seconds, if the shield drops below 30k it should be refilled back to 30k and the maximum shield that you have at a time should never be above 30k (after the very first 120k one, of course). You can use the totem before a duel and when the duel starts the shield that you already have on yourself doesn't get reduced by Battle Fatigue as it should. 3. (!!!MOST IMPORTANT ONE!!!) Even if you use the totem after the duel has started or in a PvP environment like an arena or a battleground, only the first portion of it is affected by Battle Fatigue. The absorption that occurs "every 5 seconds" is always the full amount and isn't affected by Battle Fatigue as it should.   4. Am I the bugged one then? Here's my full geared 550 ilvl monk: http://s12.postimg.org/to5nbehod/monk_dodge.jpg Less than 20% seems not so much to me. The monks that dodged 90% of my attacks had less gear thus even less dodge and both my rogue and my DK have at least 5% Expertise. So their dodge chance has been less than 15% !!!
  5. The weirdest duels I've had on Fun have been vs WW monks. A while ago, I dueled some some monk (was probably around 540 ilvl) with my 530 ilvl (with Prideful weapons) Assas rogue. Every single duel, and we dueled quite a few times, he would nimble my Cheap Shot and after that literally nothing would hit him. I literally couldn't get to 5 Combo Points vs him without using Vanish, Marked for Death or Blind.. and even then.. only a single Rupture and 2-3 Mutilates while he was stunlocked managed to land on him. It was the most depressing duel series of my life. I had forgotten about this one up until today when some super weird shit happened again. I dueled this monk (again 530-540 ilvl) with my 530 ilvl Frost DK. In the 3 duels we had I didn't get a single Killing Machine proc, NOT A SINGLE ONE (so like all my white attacks were dodged, wtf? - I was 2H so no miss chance at all)! 80% of my Frost Strikes/Necrotic Strikes were dodged as well and I had to basically just spam Death Strike (as it's unmitigatable) and kite until I flop. I have a full-geared WW Monk as well.. and this actually never happens to me.. people hit me like trucks.. my dodge is normal.. so is my parry. So I can't actually get what the f*ck went wrong in those two duel series. Is there a bug that no one knows about or I'm just going nuts?

  9. Season 8 was actually a casters' and Shadowmourne season, not a DK season by far. S5 was the DK season.
  10. I'm a software dev myself.. When I write a piece of code I test the sh*t out of it before I commit it and even if I miss something I make sure to fix it as soon as possible. The devs here don't seem to care at all. Sorry but if you "fix" something 5 times and it's still JUST AS (literally) bugged, you're honestly a retard.

Their formulas can be found in the wowhead changelog. 3. The spells have wrong formulas. They should deal more damage. I have 32632 SP and 26.81% Mastery. Shadow Bolt example: Hand of Gul'Dan example: 4. 21.11.2015 5. Fun 6. 7/10 (mainly because of the Hand of Gul'Dan dot - really imporant for bursting)

The damage formula should be 822 to 1003 (+ 85.4% Spell Power) as far as wowhead says (last changed in 5.2.0). On my warlock I have 32,632 Spell Power, 22,83% Crit and 26,81% Mastery. That means that Soul Fire should hit for a maximum of (1003 + (0.854 * 32632)) * 1.2283 * 1.2681 = 44969. Now let's multiply that by 2 because the spell always deals a critical strike. That equals to 89939 damage. On the screenshot below I dealt 123558 damage without any buffs whatsoever. [ATTACH=CONFIG]97495[/ATTACH] The other bug is that when you have 2 or more stacks of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=122351/******-core if you click http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=6353/soul-fire too fast you can instant cast it (which shouldn't be the case). After that all sorts of strange things happen.. Like Soul Fire having a cast time of 5.9 seconds even with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=122351/******-core up. 4. 21.11.2015 5. Fun 6. 8/10

  17. Your maths is horrible, tbh.. On my lock I have 32,632 Spell Power. According to http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=103964/touch-of-chaos#changelog the formula for Touch of Chaos is 779 to 860 (+76.7 of Spell Power) - last changed in 5.2.0. (32,632 * 0.767) + 800 = 25828.744 With Dark Soul up Metamorphosis increases my damage by 170.58% (56.86% Mastery). 25828.744 * 2.7058 = 69877.4155152 I hit the dummy once for 70015 and once for 69994. I tested without Dark Soul as well and the damage matches perfectly as well.. Judging by that all of your other demo reports are false as well.

  19. This is not WoD though. In MoP you don't really use Chaos Wave for burst. Double Hand of Gul'Dan into Metamorph and ToC spam would always do higher damage.

You won't really go anywhere by arguing with me on this.
  23. Yes, I didn't think of that.. You can clearly see that's indeed the way it's working in the second "proof clip". The issue still remains, though.. It barely gives you any hp when you use it.
