How it must work: Penance>Power Word: Shield>Power Word: Shield should only give 1 Power Word: Shield buff. Date when I tested it: 07/07/2015 (day/month/year). Realm: Fun. Priority of the problem: 9/10. Some people are abusing this bug and it's pretty annoying. Link to comment
