Lanstus Posted July 25, 2015 Share Posted July 25, 2015 That only works on Kun'lai Summit when fighting Sha of Anger and only while standing on Sha infected ground, bug with it is that it remains as a visual bug when you move away from the sha infected ground, visual is there buff is there, the benefits of the buff aren't.
