Hate to break it to you but, theres really no real proof of him hacking, and on the 1st screenshot, the only one that might be hacking would be you since you're the one underground and the dk is on/above ground like everyone else

Just because he is on one screenshot and not on the other that doesnt have to mean that he is hacking, personally i believe you but i dont think the GMs will take this as proof

Well, theres no reason for a GM to take your word for it since you have no evidence

You can use the trinket buff(surge of conquest or whatever is the strenght variant) as a timer, so you can notice that the DK simply disappeared from 6 sec to 4 sec, thus in two seconds.
