It happened few patches (Fixes) Ago. Challenger Transmog Casting animation on shoulders (From druid set) Is really slow... (Same goes with Sta-surge) + Star-surge became slower ..... http://i.imgur.com/Tg3POxJ.jpg , http://i.imgur.com/0LIC8PS.jpg Jade spirit animation is pulsating slowly...
